A man is dead after his semi-truck flipped over onto State Route 361 in Churchill County earlier this month.  

The crash happened near mile marker 1 on April 19th, just before 9:45 a.m. 

Nevada Highway Patrol says 39-year-old Tyree Ogden was driving a 2026 Freightliner semi-truck north on SR 361 when it went off the roadway, onto the dirt, and then crossed into the southbound lane where it then went onto that dirt shoulder and overturned onto its left side.

NHP says Ogden, who was Flint, Michigan died on scene. 

The Nevada Highway Patrol Major Incident Reconstruction Team is investigating this crash
