Sparks Police have taken a man into custody for possession of child pornography.

On October 18, officers responded to a call for possible child pornography, and during the subsequent investigation, 33-year-old Nicholas Lisle was identified as the suspect in the case.

A device belonging to Lisle was obtained with a search warrant, and child sexual abuse material was found on it.

On Friday, Lisle was arrested for possession of visual presentation depicting sexual conduct of a person under 16 years of age.

The Northern Nevada Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce and Electronic Storage Detection K9 Bandit assisted in the investigation.
