The sounds of summer are set to return to Tahoe City as Concerts at Commons kicks off another season of free live music on the shores of Lake Tahoe.

The Tahoe City Downtown Association is bringing back the community concert series to Commons Beach beginning June 14 with a performance by Collectivity. The 2026 season will feature 12 free concerts held on Sundays through Labor Day Weekend, with its last on September 6, with no concert scheduled for July 5.

This year's lineup includes Collectivity, Wild Child with opening act Ten Foot Tiger, Joy & Madness, Moga Family Band, Big Blue Guitarmageddon, Poor Man's Whiskey, Broken Compass, New Monsoon, Boot Juice, Scott Pemberton O'Theory, The Allmond Brothers with Elliot Peck, and Blues Monsters & Friends.

Concerts are free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring low-back chairs, blankets, family and friends, and enjoy music, dancing, food, shopping, and views of the lake.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase on-site from Lagunitas, Butter Wines, Tahoe National Brewing, Alibi Hoppy Hour, The Rub Shack, and Little Truckee Ice Creamery. Dogs are not allowed on Commons Beach.

New this year, free event shuttles will be available from Olympic Valley and the West Shore for every concert. The shuttle service is presented by North Tahoe Chamber, TNT-TMA, Palisades Tahoe and the Tahoe City Downtown Association. Complimentary bike valet service provided by the Lake Tahoe Bicycle Coalition also will return.

The concert series is presented by the Tahoe City Downtown Association, Tahoe City Public Utility District and North Tahoe Chamber, with major sponsorship from Tahoe Forest Health System, Granlibakken Tahoe, Tahoe National Brewing Co., Butter Wines and other community partners.
