Northern Nevada felt the earth shaking Sunday morning when an earthquake hit near Yerington. 

According to U.S.G.S and the Nevada Seismological lab at the University of Nevada it was a magnitude 4.7. That number was later revised to a 4.5.

It happened at 7:39 Sunday morning about 20 miles northeast of Yerington.  More than 60 aftershocks have been recorded since the quake struck. 

There are no reports of damage.
